E-dispenser (for valve bags)

Most valve bag packers have a significant limitation - they are usually only used for dusty products. Screw weighers have not gained popularity due to the difficulty of ensuring accurate weighing.

To solve this problem, we first developed a device for high-precision weighing. After conducting successful tests on a mechanical version of the dosing device, we improved it and created an electronic version of the machine.

Main advantages:
  • The electronic version of the packaging equipment provides high dosing accuracy, ease of use and automation of most processes. It is ideal not only for packing powdered products, but also for bulk products in valve bags.
